Fabric - Flowy georgette 
Pattern/Design - Off shoulder. Non-Padded. Blue floral border print at top and bottom to give beautiful look.
Care instructions - dry cleaning to preserve. If hand-washing, use cold water with mild detergent, avoid soaking or scrubbing
